When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Statement Foundry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC, doing business as Statement Foundry.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Statement Foundry or for disputes arising from transactions between you and Statement Foundry, except to the extent otherwise required by law or applicable Shopify terms.
